Choc-Raspberry Collagen Icy Pole Pops
Serves: 3 Serving
2 sachet Botanical Path Collagen Beauty Fit
1 cup of yoghurt
1 teaspoon cacao
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Split the yoghurt into 3 equal parts and place in separate bowls. Put one bowl aside.
- Add one sachet of collagen powder into each of the two remaining bowls and stir. Add the cacao to one of the bowls containing collagen (you should be left with 3 different colours of yoghurt).
- Add one spoonful at a time of yoghurt into an icy pole tray, rotating the colour each time. Gently swirl when the tray is full and add a wooden stick into each section!
- Freeze overnight or for 4-6 hours.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a deep bowl/cup. Dip half of each icy pole into the chocolate, and place back in the freezer to cool! Freeze for 30 minutes.
